The SoulPhysio Mindfulness Program is the foundation for how we work with our clients. This program is powered by a Virtual Accountability Coach to help our clients with consistency and engagement as they go through the program. The practice of mindfulness has been shown to help create positive changes in the brain, improve emotional regulation, and boost immune system function.
Our program uses a systematic approach to analyzing the major stressors we face in our lives today, as well as the underlying negative thoughts contributing to that stress. Working to address unhealthy negative thought patterns is the key to freeing ourselves from the harmful effects of stress and living fully present in the moment.
